Ok, how bad was last years attempt. Two posts way back in April. Must try harder. So, with my new fancy laptop I received for Christmas (thank you very kind husband) I'm going to try and be a regular 'blogger'! At least I can do it while watching 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' which I am loving at the minute!
After a quiet January I have my first wedding of the year. The lovely Kim who I met last year is marrying Peter at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Killiney, County Dublin.
Another first is my move to Metz as my wholesale supplier. The flowers were delivered to me (no more cold early mornings at the flower markets) exactly on time and just as descibed! I now have access to such a wide range of flowers and types. Can't wait!. They are also the only supplier in Ireland of the lovely David Austin Roses and I didn't hesitate to use them in this weeks wedding.
The colours chosen were Ivory, Lilac, Purple in all shades and we went for all the spring flowers such as tulips and hyacinth as well as freesia and lisianthus. The colours were amazing and I was really looking forward to getting started...
